Snow Accumulation Possible Tuesday, Dry Rest Of Week For IL

ILLINOIS — Flurries and light snow are expected Tuesday, while the rest of the week will be dry and cloudy. According to the National Weather Service, light snow will develop Tuesday afternoon and become more widespread in the evening/early overnight hours.

The weather service said light snow accumulations of up to one inch are possible.

Wednesday and Thursday will warm slightly with a high of 36 degrees on Wednesday and 41 on Thursday. According to the weather service, Friday will be chillier with a high of 29 degrees. Lows on Friday night could dip down into the single digits.
