No License, DUI: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt.

Feb. 3

• A juvenile was charged with driving without a valid license (never issued), speeding 21-25 mph over the limit and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 3:58 p.m. following a traffic stop at Main and Julia streets. The juvenile was issued a March 31 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
• Kevin Bonk, 46, of Willowbrook, was charged with driving without a valid license (expired more than one year) and obstructed driver's view at 9:59 p.m. following a traffic stop at Bell Road and Archer Avenue. Bonk was issued a Feb. 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Feb. 5

• Benjamin Madey, 27, of Homer Glen, was charged with DUI-alcohol, improper lane use and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 7:43 p.m. following an incident at McCarthy Road and Fourth Street. Madey was issued a Feb. 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
