'Resurrection on Rose Hill' Returns for 3 Days of Spooks

The haunted house, located at 323 Rosehill Drive, is a decades-old event organized by Lemont Public Works Director Ralph Pukula.

LEMONT, IL — Kids can't wait until Monday for Halloween fun? Before they set out trick-or-treating on the official day of spooks, stop by a spot known for its spooks.

“Resurrection on Rosehill,” located in the front yard of 323 Rosehill Drive, features a large, interactive exhibit of coffins, scarecrows, monsters, and other scary sights. The display is open three nights: Oct. 29, 30, and 31, from dusk until 10 p.m.

The haunted house has become a time-honored tradition for Ralph Pukula, whose family has put together the display every year for nearly three decades. The decorations are handmade and take about a week to put together.
