Spring Household Recycling Event in Lemont Saturday

The Lemont Environmental Commission's spring household recycling event is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 16, in the Metra parking lot at 101 Main St.

This event is intended for "household" recycling only and is not intended for commercial use. Event will encompass::

~ Motor Oil Recycling
~ Document Disposal
~ Electronics Recycling
~ Prescription Medication Collection
~ Toner Cartridge - Printer Inks - Cell Phones
~ CFL Light Bulb Collection
~ Battery Collection
~ Glasses / Hearing Aids
~ Bicycle Recycling
~ Food Collection for the Food Pantries

Please view the flyer for details and restrictions on what is and is NOT acceptable to bring for this recycling event, such as televisions, monitors and microwaves.
