Aurora Men Charged With Montgomery Mob Action

MONTGOMERY, IL—Two Aurora men are facing mob action charges for a fight that broke out at the Montgomery VFW. Damian Jimenez, 27, of the 900 block of Fourth Street, Aurora, and William Decker, of the 100 block of Cinderford Drive, Aurora, were arrested at approximately 6:33 p.m. May 3 in regards to the incident.

Police said they responded to the Montgomery VFW to a report of a fight in progress.

Upon the arrival of Montgomery Police to the scene, citizens had restrained the offenders.

Police believe Jimenez and Decker struck an unidentified person multiple times.

Authorities said both were charged with class 4 felonies and awaited bond call.
