Driving While License Suspended, Speeding: Montgomery Police

The following is a roundup of arrests and incidents reported by the Montgomery Police Department.

MONTGOMERY, IL—Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Yair Lopez, 20, of the 1000 block of Second Avenue, Aurora, was charged at 7:59 p.m. May 10 in the area of Montgomery Road and Pleasant Lane for driving while license suspended and speeding.

Chyanne Benton, 21, of the 0-99 block of Sedgwick Street, Oswego, was charged at 11:45 p.m. May 12 in the area of Route 31 and Watkins Street for an outstanding warrant out of Will County for failing to appear on a driving under the influence charge.

Said Carmona, 28, of the 100 block of North Ohio Street, Aurora, was charged at 1:42 a.m. May 13 in the area of Route 30 and Griffen Drive for driving while license revoked.
