Fundraiser for Police Officer

Friends of Officer Chris Kudla will be holding a fundraiser on Friday, March 2^nd from 6pm to 10pm at the Montgomery VFW, 121 N River Street. Kudla has served as a police officer since 2003 with the communities of Lyons, Montgomery and now Riverside. In late 2017, Kudla was diagnosed with an extremely rare form of Kidney Cancer at Stage Four. He is still early in his treatments and the goal is reduce the financial impact on his family.

The public is invited to attend the fundraiser to show support and appreciation for Kudla. The cost is $10 at the door. There will be a live DJ, appetizers, and a cash bar. In addition, several raffles will be held including a Smith and Wesson M&P 15 Sport II (specific requirements to win) and an autographed Anthony Rizzo Chicago Cubs Replica Home Jersey with the 2016 World Series Patch.
