To the man who chose to be our Dad,

Coming into an single parent home must have been hard and stressful but you never let that show. You coached my brothers baseball games, went to his track meets, toured college with me and were cheering at my graduation ceremony. You flew out to his boot camp graduation and were there when we both got married. You’ve been an amazing Grandpa to my kids and never say no to my billions of favors. Over 10 years ago, you filled the holes in our lives that had been missing and taught us that family requires commitment, not DNA. Thank you for being the Dad you didn’t have to be. Happy Father’s Day! We love you
