
OSWEGO, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.
The Kendall County Health Department visited Firehouse Pizza and Pub Feb. 24 for a routine inspection. It received a sanitation score of 91/100.

- Make sure all prepared foods are labeled with the date prepared. (Corrected)
- Replace chipped and cracked salad bowls and salad plates.
- Repair torn gasket on prep cooler.
- Clean under equipment and shelving.
The restaurant was also praised for doing a good job at reheating all foods to 165F or higher.
Firehouse is located at 65 W. Washington in Oswego.
