Arrests and incidents occurred between Nov. 26 and Dec. 4.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Nov. 26
In the overnight hours, someone entered unlocked car doors and went through belongings. One vehicle had a purse stolen that contained $600 USC.

Dec. 1
Jhony Luna-Ramos was arrested for not having a valid license. Luna-Ramos was also charged with an expired registration sticker.

Jaquar Correa of the 700 block Richards St Aurora, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for aggravated assault out of Aurora PD.
Gabriel Guajardo of the 100 block of Bluff St, Aurora, was arrested on a domestic battery warrant out of Aurora PD.
Dec. 2
Sara Hartman of the 300 block Grant Pl Aurora was arrested for driving on a suspended license. Hartman was also issued a citation for no insurance expired registration sticker.
Homeowner advised someone broke into the shed, causing approximately $500 in damages
Fillistine Johnson of the 2200 block of Hagamann Ln, Montgomery, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant out of Aurora PD for Driving while license suspended.
Migule Tellez of the 500 block of Bangs St Aurora, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for domestic battery out of Aurora PD. Tellez, was also charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance.
Dec. 3
Raul Tavizon-Reyes, 36, Aurora was arrested and cited for driving while license suspended after his vehicle was stopped for speeding.
An unknown vehicle struck a street sign at intersection of William Dr. and Griffen Dr. The sign was damaged and the vehicle left prior to police arrival.
Carmen Godinez, 53, Aurora was arrested and cited for no valid driver’s license after her vehicle was stopped for improper lane usage.
Carmen Godinez of the 600 block S River St Aurora was arrested for not having a valid license. Godinez was also issued a citation for improper lane usage.
Raul Tavison-Reyes of the 1000 block of New York St. in Aurora, was arrested for driving on a suspended license. Tavison-Reyes was also issued a citation for speeding.
David Gaines of the 2000 Block of Chad Cr, Montgomery, was arrested for driving on a suspended license. Gaines was also issued a citation for no insurance.
Dec. 4
Marcus Payne, 26, Aurora was arrested and cited for driving while license revoked after his vehicle was stopped for not having a front license plate.
Graffiti was located on the side of a building in the 600 block of Railroad St.
A green men’s bicycle was found on the side of the road of Rt. 31 and Rt. 30. Its owner could not be located.
An unknown vehicle struck the side of a red Toyota while in the parking lot of a business in the 1700 block of Orchard Rd. The offending vehicle left prior to making a police report.
A silver Dodge Charger and a Red Chevy Impala collided resulting in property damage only. Hannah Clinton, 21, Aurora, was issued two traffic citations.
A Red Chevrolet 2 door vehicle struck a pole at Gordon Rd. x Thomas Ln. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.
A red Chevy Truck and a white Kia 4 door vehicle collided at Lakewood Creek and Rt. 30. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.
It was reported that an unknown vehicle struck two parked vehicles while on S. River St. and Webster St. No offending vehicle information was provided.
A traffic accident was reported in the parking lot of a business in the 500 block of Montgomery Rd. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued. Involved vehicles were a black Jeep Cherokee and a Pontiac Aztec.
