Kane County Planners Recognizes Community Development Director

The Kane County Planners recently recognized Montgomery Community Development Director, Rich Young, as the 2020 Planner of the Year for his extensive and distinguished service.

Prior to leading the Village of Montgomery's Development Department, Rich also served as Sugar Grove's Development Director for nearly six years.

Among his noted achievements includes the creation and administration of the Montgomery Development Fund and the corresponding Downtown Mill District Incentive Grant Program.
