Man Arrested After Police Say He Forced Another Driver From Road
The 30-year-old Oswego man was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
MONTGOMERY, IL — The Kendall County Sheriff's Office says 30-year-old Fred Nicholas Miller, of Oswego, was charged with a DUI after deputies said he forced another driver off the road in the 0-99 block of Fernwood Road in unincorporated Montgomery late Monday night.
Miller is currently being held at the Kendall County Jail on $3,000 bond, with a scheduled release of Feb. 8.
