Residents Alerted of Montgomery Fest Road Closure

The Montgomery Police Department advises residents that Mill Street will be closed to all traffic from Main Street to Route 25 beginning at 12 pm on Saturday.

It will re-open at 11 pm on Sunday. This road closure is necessary for the safety of all Montgomery Fest participants, attendees and pedestrian traffic. 

Utilize Route 30 and Ashland Avenue as alternative routes. 

Police strongly encourage residents to use the shuttle buses that will be available --free shuttle bus service from Lakewood Creek Elementary School and from Poor Boy’s parking lot on Montgomery Road near Douglas. 

Shuttle buses will run about every half hour from 11 am until 10 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
