Selling more with personality, communication skills

Free business seminar

Enhancing personality styles and communication skills to increase sales will be explored in a free seminar at Aurora University.

The university’s Sales Institute will hold the seminar at 8 a.m. Tuesday, March 13, at its Orchard Center campus, 2245 Sequoia Drive in Aurora.

The public is invited. Admission and parking are free. Registration, networking and refreshments are from 7:30 to 8 a.m.; seminar is 8 to 9 a.m.

Guest speaker is Barry Saltzman the CEO of the Saltzman Enterprise Group. He will address how personality styles impact sales performance and interaction with prospects and clients.

He said, “The purpose of this discussion is to better understand and use individual styles to more effectively provide solutions for our customers. Other topics will be techniques to optimize communication with buyers, improve customer needs analysis and enhance problem solving skills.”
