Sen. Oberweis to host Senior Health Fair June 6 in West Chicago
The Senior Health Fair is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., June 6, at the American Legion Hall, 123 Main Street in West Chicago.

SPRINGFIELD – Senior citizens will have access to a wide variety of informational resources from local and state groups at a free Senior Health Fair June 6 in West Chicago being hosted by State Sen. Jim Oberweis (R-Sugar Grove).
The Senior Health Fair is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., June 6, at the American Legion Hall, 123 Main Street in West Chicago.
“Our Senior Health Fair provides a convenient setting for senior citizens and their families to gather information about health, safety and financial security. A variety of vendors will be on hand to discuss programs that benefit senior citizens,” Oberweis said. “It gives people an opportunity to talk with representatives from many different kinds of local and state groups.”

The Senior Heath Fair will feature free refreshments, free health screenings and free legislative brochures. Walgreens will have Shingrix, Pneumococcal, and TDAP immunizations, so participants should bring their insurance cards.
