Traffic arrest

The Montgomery Police Department said Sergio Mendoza, 25, of the 00 Block of Woodridge Rd., Montgomery, was arrested Thursday morning during a traffic incident that occurred just before 2 a.m. at Douglas Road and Seasons Ridge Blvd. Police said Mendoza was cited for charges of driving while license suspended, driving with one headlight, and for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Police said he was booked and processed at the MPD, posted the required bond and was released with a pending court date.

Olivia Lincoln, 28, of the 00 Block of Seaton Creek Drive, Oswego, was arrested just before 10 p.m. Tuesday. Police said contact with Lincoln was initially made during the traffic stop after her vehicle was seen speeding in the area of Montgomery Road and Park Drive. Lincoln was cited for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and speeding, according to police. Police added that Lincoln posted the required bond while on-scene and was released with a pending court date

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said 30-year-old Juan Carlos Padilla, of the 0-100 block of Briarcliff Road, Montgomery, was booked at the Kendall County Public Safety Center Tuesday evening on several charges. The charges against Padilla include two counts of in-state warrant, one county of criminal damage to property, one county of aggravated fleeing/eluding, one county of motor vehicle anti-theft law, one county of aggravated robbery, one count of vehicular hijacking and one count of speeding.

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said Raul Campuzano, 25, of the 0-100 block of Sonora Drive, Montgomery, was charged Monday on an in-state warrant. According to the sheriff's office, Campuzano was also charged with a felony count of possession of a controlled substance.

Friday, March 22

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said Timothy Lemmer, 41, of the 2100 block of Rebecca Circle, Montgomery, was sentenced as a weekender Friday, on an adult felony charge of domestic battery stemming from a 2018 incident. According to the sheriff's office, his scheduled release date is April 14, 2019.
