A new month and new year for Montgomery crime reports from the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.

Wednesday, Jan. 16
Criminal trespass; aggravated assault
The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Hillstone Road in unincorporated Montgomery at 8:26 p.m. Wednesday for a reported criminal trespass to property. The sheriff's office said 27-year-old Ryan W. Miller (pictured), with last known address listed as 200 block of Parker Avenue Aurora, was arrested and accused of criminal trespass to a residence and aggravated assault to a peace officer. The sheriff's office said he was taken to the Kendall County Corrections Center on charges of criminal trespass to a residence and aggravated assault to a peace officer, and is being held at the Kendall County Public Safety Center,

According to the sheriff's office, Miller was charged last month on an in-state warrant for a separate offense.

Criminal sexual assault

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said 27-year-old Kevin W. Debolt, of the 2500 block of Hartfield Drive, Montgomery, was brought into protective custody at 11:58 a.m. Monday on new charges, both criminal sexual assault. He's being held at the Kendall County Public Safety Center on $100,00 bail, according to the sheriff's office, and was charged in Dec.ember 2017 with two counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault.
Obstructing service of process; suspended or revoked license
The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said 32-year-old Janet Lopez, of the 0-99 block of Spring Garden Drive, Montgomery, was charged with obstructing service of process and suspended or revoked license (second or subsequent conviction) on Monday. The sheriff's office said Lopez was sentenced to 90 days as a weekender, with work release.
Sunday, Jan. 13
Criminal damage to property
Zahrek J, Randolph, of the 2100 block of Rebecca Circle, Montgomery, was charged with criminal damage to property Sunday, according to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office. The sheriff's office said Randolph was released that same day after posting bond.

Friday, Jan. 11
Domestic battery, bodily harm
The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said 41-year-old Timothy G. Lemmer, of the 2100 block of Rebecca Circle, Montgomery, was sentenced as a weekender Sunday for a domestic battery (bodily harm) charge from Sept. 21, 2018.
Aggravated DUI; suspended or revoked license
The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said 46-year-old Adolfo Guillen Sr., of the 2800 block of Troon Drive, Montgomery, was sentenced Friday as a weekender on charges from Sept. 15, 2018 of aggravated DUI and suspended or revoked license (second or subsequent conviction)
