Winning $650,000 Lottery Ticket Sold in Aurora

One local resident could be $650,000 richer.

A Quick Pick winning ticket was sold at the New Tobacco Hut, 3015 East New York St. in Aurora. The ticket is a grand-prize winner from last night’s Lucky Day Lotto evening drawing and matched all five numbers: 08-10-11-29-39, according to an Illinois Lottery press release.

The retailer will receive a bonus of $6,500, 1 percent of the prize amount, for selling the winning ticket.
