$1,000 Reward For Naperville Car Thief

Three burglaries and one car theft took place in one morning. Police are looking for the suspect.

NAPERVILLE, IL — A thousand dollars is up for grabs to anyone can help authorities find a car thief. Naperville Crime Stoppers is looking for a 130-pound black man between 5 feet 10 and 6 feet tall. He was captured on surveillance in the early hours of Sept. 24 in the area of Fairway Drive and Allegre Circle. The video shoes him pulling car doors and eventually getting into one. Later that morning, three car burglaries and one car theft were reported in the same area.

The suspect has a thin build, was wearing a yellow “Just Do It” spoof T-shirt, red shorts and black sneakers. He was carrying the stolen items in a red canvas bag. The suspect also appears to have distinct tattoos on both his forearms. Crime Stoppers promises anonymity. It can be reached at 630-420-6006.
