Aggravated Battery, DUI, Retail Theft: Naperville Blotter

Arrests occurred between Dec. 2 and Dec. 6.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Dec. 2

Destiny Glascow, 18, of Carpentersville, was charged with aggravated battery. The arrest occurred in the 2700 block of W. 75th Street.

Michael Dellamano, 45, of Plainfield, was charged with retail theft. The arrest occurred in the 1300 block of S. Naper Blvd.

Antonio Contreras, 37, of Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. The arrest occurred in the 500 block of Fort Hill Drive.

Dec. 3

Charles Kincaid, 25, of Rockford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance. The arrest occurred at Rickert Drive and W. Ogden Ave.

Jonathan Davis, 34, of Lisle, was charged with battery. The arrest occurred in the 1900 block of W. Jefferson Ave.

Joseph Jendruczek, 47, of Summit, was charged with criminal trespass. The arrest occurred in the 2100 block of Citygate Ln.

Dec. 5

Armando Perez, 31, of Aurora, was charged with aggravated battery. The arrest occurred in the 1200 block of E. Indian Trail Road.

John Garnica, 41, of Cicero, was charged with retail theft. The arrest occurred in the 1900 block of W. Jefferson Ave.

Daniel Borner, 22, of the 200 block of S. River Road in Naperville, was charged with retail theft. The arrest occurred in the 2500 block of W. 75th Street.

Dec. 6

Jennifer Hsu, 47, of the 0-100 block of Vaughn Circle, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. The arrest occurred at N. Route 59 and W. Diehl Road.

Edvinas Mickevicius, 23, of Downers Grove, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. The arrest occurred in the 200 block of Spring Ave.

James Thomason, 28, of the 0-100 block of Trumbull Ave., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
