Amazon Hiring Associates For Grocery Store In Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL — Amazon is hiring associates for its as-yet unopened grocery store in Naperville. According to a post on the company's website, candidates must be 18 years old, be able to work flexible hours and be comfortable working in a physical environment.

The job description says the grocery store is hiring for full- and part-time positions, with pay starting at $15 an hour. Job seekers can apply to be a grocery store associate or a food service associate, according to the job posting.

Grocery store associates who work during store hours may work at point of sale or stocking items. Food service associates will "work with food products, which may include produce, prepared meals, meat, fish, rotisserie, etc. to transform ingredients into delicious food for our customers," the job posting said.

According to Chicago Tribune, the Amazon grocery store will be located at 3116 S. Route 59, which was once home to Dominick's. At press time, no open date had been announced for the store.
