Armed Robbery Over Saw Blades in Naperville
One man displayed a handgun after store staff followed him into a parking lot
On Tuesday, police responded to a report of two men stealing saw blades from a store on the 700 block of Fort Hill Drive, according to a press release from Naperville Police.
The robbery happened around noon. Security guards followed the suspects into the parking lot of the store. Upon entering a black sedan, one of the suspects displayed a handgun to the guards. The suspects, described as black males, then left the area.
The two individuals are suspected of stealing saw blades from the same store this past Saturday.
