Cars Crash Into 2 Different Naperville Stores In 1 Week

The incident comes just days after a car drove through the window of a restaurant.

NAPERVILLE, IL — For the second time in two days, a car has crashed into a business in Naperville. A car drove through the window of The Boxes, etc in the Cress Creek Shopping Center Thursday.

The incident comes after an SUV drove into Paris Bistro Tuesday.

In a Facebook post, the owners of The Boxes, etc said the incident left them "rattled." They added that their dog, Sookie, seemed to be ok.

The store was still open for business Thursday, but owners wrote that they were "not sure to begin with the cleanup or aftermath of the whole situation."

On Friday, the Boxes, etc shared a picture of the store window boarded up and said it would be open regular business hours.

The crash at Paris Bistro was of a similar nature, with the car plowing through the window as customers were eating.
