NAPERVILLE, IL — Casey's Foods is set to reopen after closing temporarily following an employee's positive new coronavirus diagnosis. The grocery store began taking online orders again Thursday, after "the store was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized," according to a Facebook post.

Casey's President Kris Visher announced via Facebook Tuesday that an employee tested positive for coronavirus. Visher wrote that the business promptly began"the process of thoroughly deep cleaning and sanitizing the entire store with the help of a third-party industrial cleaning company. "

Casey's staff also thanked their customers for their support during "this critical time." The store plans to reopen for in-store shopping Monday.
