Police were also investigating a report of a rock being thrown at a car. Following the rallies, a video circulated on social media that appeared to show a group of pro-Palestinian protesters grabbing an Israeli flag and trying to set it on fire.
As of Friday, Williams declined to offer details about why the "persons of interest" are being sought. He cited the ongoing investigation.
