Districts 203, 204 To Host COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics For Students

The vaccine clinics will be held at Neuqua Valley High School.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville School District 203 and Indian Prairie District 204 have teamed up with Jewel-Osco Pharmacy to offer two coronavirus vaccine clinics to allow students ages 16 and older to get both doses of the Pfizer vaccination. The clinics will be held May 22 and June 12 at Neuqua Valley High School, 2360 95th St., Naperville.

Students must be able to make both appointments to sign up for a vaccine, according to the District 203 website. Those who attend will be required to bring a form of identification. Students who are 16 or 17 years old must bring a consent form completed by a parent or guardian.
