NAPERVILLE, IL — Restaurants throughout Naperville are reopening Friday as the state enters phase three of Gov. J.B. Pritzker's Restore Illinois plan. Here's a roundup of some of the restaurants in downtown Naperville that will offer outdoor dining, according to the Downtown Naperville Alliance:

The above restaurants will feature outdoor dining on sidewalks, beneath tents or on rooftops and patios. The city also recently eased its outdoor dining regulations to allow restaurants without permits to have outdoor dining via a temporary permit.
