The Naperville Jaycees’ end-of-summer downtown street party will feature carnival rides, a parade, games and live musical entertainment featuring popular national and local artists.
The festival will take place along Jackson Avenue in downtown Naperville and at Rotary Hill near the Millennium Carillon.
