Operation Welcome You Home will welcome home U.S. Army Specialist Andrew Ravelo from his service in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Staging will take place at 9:30 a.m. at the Village of Meadow Lakes Park at Illinois Route 59 and 83rd Street in Aurora, with a briefing at 9:45 a.m.
A motorcade will be formed to surprise Spc. Ravelo at his family home.
