'Transition: A Process, Not an Event'

Little Friends, in conjunction with the Little Friends Family Council, will host a community informational session,“Transition:  A Process, Not an Event."

Attendees will gain an overview of the transition process, the laws, the timeline and options available for children with developmental disabilities.

Seating is limited and reservations are required via phone.
