Representatives from the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County, the City of Naperville and the Naperville Park District will attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony opening the West Branch Riverway Trail at Wil-O-Way Commons.
The open-to-the-public event will feature parking along Jefferson Avenue.
