Wendy Addie Smentek, 38, of Oswego, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. in the 1400 block of East Chicago Avenue, police said. She was charged on a warrant. She posted bond. 

Burglary

The owners of Little Sicilian Pizza reported a burglary which occurred in the early morning hours in the 1000 block of West Ogden Avenue, police said.
