Marine was Intoxicated During Naperville Crash That Killed Three

An intoxicated Marine recruiter was driving the wrong way on I-88 at the time of the crash

U.S. Marine Corps recruiter Domenic Andreoni had a blood-alcohol level of .272 when he was involved in a fatal crash in early December, according to the Daily Herald. Andreoni and two other men were killed in the crash on Dec. 2.

DuPage County Chief Deputy Coroner Charlie Dastych told the Daily Herald about the Marine's blood-alcohol level, which was more than three times the legal limit.

Andreoni was driving east on the westbound lanes of I-88 in Naperville when he crashed into car killing Ali Erhaima, of Aurora, and Shiva Inampudi, a Naperville man.
