Nail Salon And Vasectomy Clinic Burgled; Man Charged

The Warrenville man charged Tuesday has a history of criminal behavior in DuPage County.

NAPERVILLE, IL — A Warrenville man was arrested for burglary Tuesday. Andrew R. Longhi is accused of stealing cash and electronics from commercial units in the 1100 block of Sherman Avenue in Naperville. Those units include a salon and spa, a vasectomy clinic/weight loss medical center and a vacant space, according to an August report from the Naperville Sun.

Naperville Police released a statement saying they obtained a warrant to arrest Longhi, 38, who is charged with three counts of burglary and one count of possession of burglary tools. The charges stem from a burglary report filed in March. The Sun also reported that court records showed Longhi spent five years in prison on burglary and narcotics charges, and has a long history of arrests and tickets in DuPage County. Small amounts of cash and electronics were taken from the the locations.

Longhi was also wanted on several other warrants from other jurisdictions at the time of his arrest.
