Naperville Offers Anonymous Medication Drop-Off Boxes

There are 11 prescription drug drop boxes throughout Naperville.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Police reminded residents this week that any unused or expired prescription drugs can be safely and anonymously dropped off at designated places. The city's prescription drug box program takes over-the-counter medications, too, but needles, syringes or liquids.

Every Naperville fire station has a sealed drop box located outside of the building, which is accessible to the public 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

STATION NO. 8: 1320 Modaff Road

STATION NO. 9: 1144 W. Ogden Avenue

STATION NO. 10: 3201 95th Street

The Naperville Police Department lobby drop box accessible to the public from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays, but not holidays.
