Naperville Police Blotter: Theft, DUI and More

The following information was provided by the Naperville Police department. An arrest is merely an accusation, not a determination of guilt.

Possession of Cannabis

Paul Sargent, 28, of Oswego, was charged with possession of cannabis Jan. 15 at 10:35 p.m. near S. Washington Street and E. Hillside Road.

Isaiah Stephen Macklin, 23, of Oswego, was charged with possession of cannabis on Jan. 15 at 10:46 p.m. at S. Washington Street and E. Hillside Road.

Suspended/Revoked License

Twuana Shalandra Hagan, 35, of Oswego, was charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license Jan. 15 at 10:35 p.m. near S. Washington Street and E. Hillside Road.

Eugene Earl, 47, of Glendale Heights, was charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license Jan. 15 at 8:11 p.m.

DUI

Daniel Michael Willis, 42, of Joliet, was charged with DUI Jan. 15 at 8:19 p.m. near Merrimac Crossing and S. West Street.

Theft

Edgar Garcia-Diaz, 31, of Sycamore, was charged with identity theft Jan. 15 at 8:26 p.m. at 1350 Aurora Avenue.

Reyes Rivera, 45, of Oswego, was charged with theft Jan. 15 at 4:49 p.m. at 1350 Aurora Avenue.
