NAPERVILLE, IL —Naper Boulevard between Chicago Avenue and Green Trails will be open to southbound traffic by 4 p.m. Monday to facilitate the evening rush through Naperville.
It is expected that the northbound lanes will be open to traffic by the Tuesday morning rush. Crews are actively addressing flooding on the roadway and drivers are asked to proceed with caution through the area. Naperville traffic information can be viewed using Waze, the free smartphone navigation app.
