Petitions Filed to put Naperville Annexation on Ballot

Petitions to put the annexation of Woodridge, Warrenville and Lisle on the ballot were filed on Tuesday, according to the Naperville Sun.

The petitions request that the question of annexation be included on the April 4 ballot in the three towns and Naperville. The attorney for the petitioner, Frank Avila, did not comment on the issue, and he did not reveal his client.

Officials in Naperville and neighboring towns have expression their objections to annexation.
