Seoul Taco Set To Open In Naperville
The Naperville restaurant will be Seoul Taco's first Illinois location outside of Chicago.
NAPERVILLE, IL — Seoul Taco is one of the newest restaurants slated to open in Naperville. The eatery, which plans to open Friday at 206 S. Washington, currently has two Chicago locations, but this will be the first time they venture into the suburbs.
Drawing from owner and chef David Choi's Korean-American upbringing Seoul Taco's menu offers up a delightful selection of Korean items melded with the tastes of Mexican street food. Featured eats run the gamut from tacos burritos stuffed with kimchi-fried rice and your choice of fixings to gogi bowls piled high with fresh greens, fried egg, and gochujang pepper sauce.
Gogi and waffles is also a popular menu item. This dish serves up sweet potato waffle fries with queso blanco, kimchi, green onion, sesame seeds, and traditional Seoul sauces.
