Special Tornado Debris, Brush Pickup Planned In Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL — As volunteers continue to help with cleanup after Sunday's E-F3 tornado in Naperville, the city has scheduled special brush pickup for affected residents.

The brush pickup will take place from June 28 through July 3. Residents can click the link to see if they are eligible for the special brush collection.

Eligible residents are asked to have any brush or tree debris on their parkway by 6 a.m. June 28 to ensure collection. Brush does not need to be bundled or cut for this pickup.

Those who live in areas that were severely impacted by the storm can also anticipate a special time for trash collection in the near future, city officials said in a news release Tuesday.
