Starbucks To Open At Shoppes On Washington In Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville is getting a new Starbucks. The Starbucks store will open at the recently developed The Shoppes on Washington at the intersection of Washington Street and Gartner Road on Aug. 13. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is slated for Aug. 17.

Mayor Steve Chirico said in a statement, "The City of Naperville is pleased to welcome Starbucks to this new location at the Shoppes on Washington. This is an outstanding development and investment in our community, and to see it open despite the ongoing challenges of the pandemic is a testament to what we can accomplish when we work together."

The standalone Starbucks will feature a drive-thru, according to The Shoppes on Washington website.

The Shoppes On Washington was approved in late August 2019 by Naperville City Council. The development features three buildings with more than 28,000 square feet of space for stores and restaurants.
