Steve was a huge sports fan of the Chicago Cubs and the Colorado Avalanche. Steve loved to play hockey and often played in the Winger position. He was a member of a local hockey team. Everyone remembers his stories, especially the time he was trying to teach his nephew Tyler and his niece Sydney how to skate and all they accomplished was continuously ending up doing the splits.

Steve’s family has numerous stories about him. One of his favorites is when he was younger, and he would walk around with a baseball bat in the back of his shirt and his rain boots. He would pretend that he was a soldier, which is how we all knew he wanted to be a soldier when he grew up. Steve also loved to go to Disney World and was looking forward to going again soon. He also was big in the online gaming community.
