Stolen Credit Cards Used In Purchases: Police

NAPERVILLE, IL — Police are offering $1,000 to anyone with information about unlawful use of a credit card that leads to an arrest. On Dec. 12 at around 1:30 p.m., a woman noticed her wallet taken out of her purse, police said. She was shopping at Trader Joe's in Naperville Plaza on Gartner Road and Washington Street, according to Lou Cammiso, public information officer with the Naperville Police.

A short while later, the stolen credit cards were used to make purchases at stores along Route 59, according to a press release from Naperville Police.
