Three Meadows Park playground opening July 16

Community invited to 5:00 p.m. ribbon cutting

The Naperville Park District invites the community to celebrate the re-opening of the playground at Three Meadows Park, located at 1320 Brittany Ave., at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16. The playground at Three Meadows Park is the second of several playground renovation projects to be completed in 2019.

Neighbors are encouraged to bring their families to participate in a brief ribbon-cutting ceremony, enjoy refreshments and giveaways, and explore the new play equipment.

The playground design was based on input from neighbors and includes state-of-the-art play equipment that is accessible to children of all abilities. Like most other Naperville Park District playgrounds, the playground at Three Meadows Park has separate play structures for 2-5 year-olds and 5-12 year-olds, swings and stand-alone play pieces. The renovation features a new picnic shelter and picnic tables, a roller slide and additional swings, which were requested by residents.
