Tour Naperville's 19th Century Farmstead

Visit the limestone house that dates back to the mid 18oo's considered one of the largest in Wheatland Township for the time.

A Riverview Farmstead Tour is scheduled for 10-11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 30, at the Forest Preserve District of Will County’s Riverview Farmstead, located on Book Road, south of Hassert Boulevard/111th Street in Naperville.

Discover how three generations of the Clow family built the early settlement farmstead into a 200-acre commercial farm.

The tour will feature the Settlement House, which dates back to the mid-19th century, the Limestone House, with its superior construction, and the Timber Frame Barn, one of the largest in Wheatland Township when it was built.
