Bomb-Sniffing Dog Goes Missing in Alsip
TSA and Amtrak asking for public's help to find Hako.
Alsip, IL — A bomb-sniffing dog has gone missing from his home in Alsip, and the Transportation Security Administration is asking for help finding him. The dog, a brown sable German shepherd named Hako, was last seen at his handler's home near South Pulaski Road and West 119th Street in Alsip.
The TSA dog is assigned to Amtrak. TSA officials say Hako is friendly and has a tattoo in his ear: W204. Anyone with information may call Amtrak Police at 800-331-0008.
