COVID-19 Vaccine Mobile Clinic Set For Saturday At Moraine Valley

Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available July 10, at Moraine Valley Community College in conjunction with Friendship Fest.

PALOS HILLS, IL — Moraine Valley Community College and the Cook County Department of Public Health will offer COVID-19 vaccination clinic on the college’s main campus, 9000 W. College Parkway, Palos Hills. Vaccines will be available from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 10, at a mobile unit in the Building S parking lot.

The clinic is being held in conjunction with the Palos Hills Friendship Festival, which is being held across 88th Avenue from the college.

Participants can choose from the 2-dose Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson single dose vaccine. Vaccinations are free regardless of insurance or immigration status. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Walk-ins are welcome, or you can register by calling 312-864-0591 or visiting Moraine Valley Vaccine. Walk-ins may have to wait a bit if there is high demand.

Remaining summer dates are Tuesdays, Aug. 3 and Aug. 24, and Wednesday, Aug. 25, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
