Chair Yoga*

Learn the art of chair yoga at the Library!

Certified yoga instructor Joan Zigulich will lead you in a Chair Yoga practice to boost your energy and get your joints moving. This gentle form of yoga consists of simple movements to strengthen and stretch the whole body all while seated in a chair. Registration is limited to 30. This event is for adults only. Tuesday, January 24 at 2pm. Register online at greenhillslibrary.org.
