COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at Green Hills Library
The Pfizer vaccine will be available on June 10 (first dose) and July 1 (second dose) to ages 12+.

Green Hills Public Library District (GHPLD) is teaming up with Crescent Pharmacy to offer a COVID-19 vaccine clinic inside the Library at 10331 S. Interlochen Drive, Palos Hills. The Pfizer vaccine will be available to ages 12 and up; the clinic will be held on two dates, 21 days apart.
First Dose: Thursday, June 10 from 9am–1pm
Second Dose: Thursday, July 1 from 9am–1pm
Vaccines are free to all and will be available on a walk-in basis only; no appointments are needed. Patients must come to both dates for the complete series of the vaccine. Please bring a photo ID and insurance card. If you don’t have an insurance card, you can still get the vaccine. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
