Free Flu Shots Available Sunday At Palos Hills Community Center

Free flu shots will be available on a first come, first served basis this Sunday, Nov. 22, at the Palos Hills Community Center.

PALOS HILLS, IL — The City of Palos Hills will offer free flu shots this Sunday, Nov. 22. Shots will be dispensed from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Palos Hills Community Center, 8455 W. 103rd St.

The shots will be available on a first come, first served basis, for ages 3 and up can come by for a flu shot. An ID is required for paperwork. Everyone must wear a mask and easy access clothing for the vaccination.

Getting a flu shot is more important than ever this year, not only to protect yourself and your family from the flu, but to help reduce the strain on the health care system. The CDC recommends anyone over the age of 6 months to get a flu. Shots are being distributed by our friends at Jewel-Osco.
